Natacha Wilson, our founder and accredited coach (Neuroleadership Institute, Human Synergistics), will work with you to support your own learning and development by using tested and evidence based coaching frameworks. She has over 15 years experience as a coach and development consultant in research, innovation and fast growth organisations. Natacha is a member of the International Coaching Federation, a coach for the International Leadership Development Programme HomewardBound and a mentor for UKRI Future Leaders Fellows Development Network.
