To be able to perform at our best is a powerful way to increase our presence and impact in the midst of adversity.

There is a need to look after our own wellbeing, reduce the risks of burnout to ensure we make the best possible decisions and stay sane in the long run!

Why participate in the programme?

This coaching programme will help you assess your wellbeing against 6 specifc domains in your work and personal life. It is a powerful way to understand your strengths and prioritise areas where you feel out of balance. The programme offers the space to explore the multi variables impacting our wellbeing as well as improving our ability to support others.

The domains which we can explore together are based on extensive research carried out by the GLWS team. The survey is a uniquely holistic, evidence-based assessment developed exclusively for leaders and their teams, delivering deep insights and actionable steps to shape and sustain success.

The 6 domains are:

  • Authentic Relationships
  • Meaning, purpose and direction
  • Resilience and equanimity
  • Vitality and energy
  • Balance and boundaries
  • Intellectual engagement and flow

The coaching session will include a full debrief of your wellbeing report and the chance to focus on

  • areas that are positive in your life and work
  • areas where you can develop positive strategies to increase your wellbeing

The 3 month programme allows you to develop your strategies and work on specific implementation plans, barriers to progress and adapted solutions to help you enhance your overall wellbeing.

Meet the coach

I am an experienced coach and leadership consultant who thrives on helping others increase their positive influence and impact on their projects, organisations and wider communities. I work with the GLWS Framework to help leaders in the making work towards their goals and be at their best in the midst of adversity.
