Natacha Wilson, a keen advocate for learning and personal development, brings decades of experience with a rich background spanning industry, technology, and academia. She believes that access to tailored education and lifelong learning are drivers for wellbeing, prosperity and building a better world for all.
Founder and director of Cambridge Insights, Natacha is an experienced leadership development consultant, and executive coach. She supports clients in research, innovation and technology sectors, by designing and implementing successful leadership development programmes, resulting in improved collaboration and measurable impact. She specialises in developing essential skills such as adaptive thinking, strategic decision-making, and emotional intelligence, equipping leaders and teams to navigate uncertainty and complexity and increase their positive impact.
With a background in strategy and international marketing, Natacha gained a rich multi-disciplinary and cross-cultural experience working in industry for technology start-ups and SMEs, before joining the University of Cambridge (Judge Business School; Centre for Personal and Professional Development), where she worked on flagship leadership and development programmes.
She has been a keen contributor to a range of boards and committees, and is passionate about governance and the wider ESG agenda. She is a lecturer on governance and responsible leadership at SKEMA Business School in Paris, a coach at Cambridge Marketing College and a former lecturer and examiner for the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Natacha is also a mentor and coach for UKRI Future leaders’ development network and a member of NEDonBoard.
