Natacha Wilson
Leadership development consultant and founder of Cambridge Insights
I founded Cambridge Insights in 2015 to support leaders-in-the making increase their impact in intensive research environments across sectors.
We create tailored and fit for purpose leadership development workshops and programmes, which combined 21st century skills, mindsets, and wisdom, to boost leadership capabilities and nurture innovative cultures.
The pandemic has forced us to change the way we live, work and imagine a future. We have work to do.
My mission is to support leaders and leadership teams through transition points – to increase the impact of their work, solve global challenges and create a greater world.
I am social scientist at heart (Economics was my first love!) and I spent the first part of my life working for start-ups and technology-based organisations in international marketing.
I moved to the University of Cambridge in 2008 and worked for Judge Business School on the International MBA programme and the strategic review of the Business School in its competitive landscape. I then worked for the Centre for Personal and Professional Development at the University of Cambridge as a Research Associate and Project Lead on Impact Evaluation of Researcher Development Training programmes.
I then founded Cambridge Insights, designing and delivering development workshops in leadership and innovation for research intensive organisations.
We now work across sectors and boundaries, supporting individuals in their leadership journey as well as organisations interested in building innovative cultures for impact.
