What is at the heart of self-reflection?
This course provides a practical, hands-on approach to self-reflection for leaders who are navigating critical transition points in their careers, projects, or organisations.
In this first course , you will be able to explore key self-reflection tools and strategies to make sense of and learn from your experiences. When we dedicate time and effort reviewing our thoughts and actions in a given situation, we can learn and adapt.
You will find below your full course programme “Self-reflection in practice” with related modules and activities set out on a week-by-week basis.
Previous participants have spent between one and two hours per week to work on the course and related activities. You can work through your study materials and activities more quickly if you have more time than expected.
Most participants enjoy this course within a blended development programme that includes 1:2:1 coaching sessions with our founder Natacha Wilson.
