We offer 1:2:1 coaching sessions to tackle specific challenges or work towards specific goals you will have identified.

My approach is inspired by experience and practice. I use a range of technique and models to get the best possible outcome and impact for you. I use tested frameworks and concepts to guide and support you and aim to be supportive, caring and kind even when I challenge you! I enjoy seeing you grow, gain confidence and reaching your goals.

I have recently started working with Human Synergetics’ Life Styles InventoryThe Life Styles Inventory (LSI) is an individual development tool that uses both self-assessment and colleague feedback to identify individual thinking and behavioural styles. The LSI provides insights into strengths and areas for development which can form the first point of discussion in your coaching sessions.
