Natacha Wilson, Founder

I studied Economics and Marketing in Paris and started my career in  market research and media at the heart of Paris, on the Champs Elysées!  I then moved to the UK  and worked for start-ups in the technology and innovative sectors , gaining experience in International Marketing and project management. I had the privilege to work with inspiring entrepreneurs and talented colleagues in highly co-operative settings.

I subsequently worked for the University of Cambridge Business School and the Centre for Personal and Professional Development.  I focused on flagship development programmes and research projects (impact evaluation, leadership development).

I set up  Cambridge Insights, in 2015, to support leaders, aspiring leaders and teams who make a positive impact in the world. I specifically focus on aspects of leadership and innovation. I use a multi-disciplinary approach to enthuse, empower and share insights. I am passionate about what I do and I believe that we can create a greater world by developing 21st century leadership and creative skills for the benefits of all and to solve the challenges we are facing.

I am an experienced consultant, trainer, facilitator and coach.  I combine my research and business skills to help my clients bridge the gap between knowledge and action. I work with talented associates and a great support team on specific projects.

I am also a course director for leading training providers including the CIM Academy, a mentor for the International Women Entrepreneurs.

Recent accreditations include: Human Synergetics Life Styles Inventory; Institute of Leadership and Management Train the trainer course (NCFE)
