“Natacha is a force to be reckoned with in terms of making connections, building relationships and expanding the reach of SEL in England.
She is an amazing person and adds value (and a little sparkle) wherever she goes.”
Leadership explorer and founder of Cambridge Insights
I founded Cambridge Insights in 2015. I focus on leadership development and innovation to create a greater, fairer, kinder and more sustainable world.
I am social scientist (Economics was my first love!) and spent the first part of my life working for start-ups and technology based organisations in international marketing. I moved to the University of Cambridge in 2008 and worked for Judge Business School on the International MBA programme and the strategic review of the Business School in its competitive landscape. I then moved to the Centre for Personal and Professional Development at the University of Cambridge as a Research Associate and Project Lead on Impact Evaluation of Researcher Development Training programmes.
In my life, I have had the chance to work with engineers, medics, academics, scientists, artists, gardeners and more. I have learnt from all of them and am still learning.
I am an experienced coach and leadership consultant who thrives on helping others increase their positive influence and impact on the world.
2020 is a year to remember. The pandemic has forced us to change the way we live, work and imagine a future. We have work to do. I am eager to continue working with partners and clients in Sciences, Research and Innovation, with the aim to create a greater world, deliver sustainable solutions to local and global challenges. Let’s make it happen!
